The owner of Wolverine<\/strong> is accepting a low<\/span> initial payment<\/strong> of only $1 million cash<\/strong><\/span> to be paid within 120 days of closing plus 4.25 million SAGA shares<\/strong>, so approximately $3 million<\/strong><\/span> total to acquire the project… because they are so confident<\/strong><\/span> about SAGA's ability to meet<\/span><\/strong> the following milestones:<\/p>\n\n

Canadian Government Geologists<\/strong> knew about SAGA's Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong> all the way back in 1992, but everybody was distracted<\/strong><\/span> back then with exploring<\/strong><\/span> for gold<\/strong><\/span> and diamonds<\/strong><\/span>… just like everybody today is distracted<\/strong><\/span> by AI<\/strong> and space<\/strong>. Think about how diamonds<\/strong><\/span> today are practically worthless<\/strong><\/span> because they can be grown<\/strong><\/span> in a lab<\/strong>… while Heavy Rare Earths<\/strong> are needed for everything from EVs<\/strong>, drones<\/strong>, next-generation energy systems<\/strong>, humanoid robots<\/strong>, industrial automation<\/strong>, and advanced defense systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
