They are selling <strong>$50 million in shares<\/strong> through the ATM to pay for the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>processing<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>graphite<\/strong> at <strong>U.S. Army bases<\/strong> with <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>zero taxpayer cost<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>Titan<\/strong> is <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">building a strong<\/span> relationship<\/strong> with the <strong>DOD<\/strong>, and after these shares are done being sold, we should see a <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">significant<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">upward<\/span> revaluation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">What has <strong>HydroGraph Clean Power (CSE: HG)<\/strong> done to follow through on all of its promises? Its <strong>market cap<\/strong> remains at <strong>C$1.928 billion<\/strong> on <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>promises<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>U.S. Army<\/strong> deals, of which it has accomplished <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>absolutely nothing<\/strong><\/span> in real life. <strong>TI&#39;s market cap<\/strong> is only <strong>C$289.95 million<\/strong>. NIA predicts <strong>TI<\/strong> will finish 2026 at a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">higher<\/span> market cap<\/strong> than <strong>HG<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>REAlloys (ALOY)<\/strong>, which signed a similar deal with the <strong>U.S. Army<\/strong> but for <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">processing<\/span> Heavy Rare Earth Elements<\/strong>, has just sold a <strong>$100 million private placement<\/strong> at <strong>$14.25 per share<\/strong>. It is simply a different way of doing the financing, and its market cap is <strong>US$1 billion<\/strong>, <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>significantly higher<\/strong><\/span> than <strong>Titan<\/strong>, even though <strong>TI<\/strong> has its own <strong>graphite<\/strong> in New York and <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>doesn&#39;t<\/strong><\/span> need to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>source<\/strong><\/span> it from elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>ALOY<\/strong> seems like it plans to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>source<\/strong><\/span> its <strong>Heavy Rare Earths<\/strong> from the <strong>Tanbreez Project<\/strong> of <strong>Critical Metals (CRML)<\/strong> in Greenland. This is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>exactly<\/strong><\/span> why <strong>Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)<\/strong> will be such a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>huge success<\/strong><\/span>. It <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>hasn&#39;t<\/strong><\/span> once had a single <strong>1 million share volume day<\/strong> since our suggestion. <strong>CRML<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">averages<\/span> 12 million shares of volume per day<\/strong>, which is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$120 million in dollar volume every day<\/strong><\/span>. Imagine when these investors learn about <strong>SAGA<\/strong> and its <strong>Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong>, located <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>directly in between<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Tanbreez<\/strong> and <strong>Strange Lake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0; font-size:8px; line-height:1.4;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
