Some NIA members are mad that Titan Mining (TSX: TI)<\/strong> is hitting the ATM offering<\/strong> too hard, considering its NYSE-listed symbol TII<\/strong> traded 24.98 million shares<\/strong> in a day and finished down<\/strong><\/span> on the biggest<\/span> news<\/strong> in company history. They are selling $50 million in shares<\/strong> through the ATM to pay for the processing<\/strong><\/span> of graphite<\/strong> at U.S. Army bases<\/strong> with zero taxpayer cost<\/strong><\/span>. Titan<\/strong> is building a strong<\/span> relationship<\/strong> with the DOD<\/strong>, and after these shares are done being sold, we should see a significant<\/span> upward<\/span> revaluation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

What has HydroGraph Clean Power (CSE: HG)<\/strong> done to follow through on all of its promises? Its market cap<\/strong> remains at C$1.928 billion<\/strong> on promises<\/strong><\/span> of U.S. Army<\/strong> deals, of which it has accomplished absolutely nothing<\/strong><\/span> in real life. TI's market cap<\/strong> is only C$289.95 million<\/strong>. NIA predicts TI<\/strong> will finish 2026 at a higher<\/span> market cap<\/strong> than HG<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

REAlloys (ALOY)<\/strong>, which signed a similar deal with the U.S. Army<\/strong> but for processing<\/span> Heavy Rare Earth Elements<\/strong>, has just sold a $100 million private placement<\/strong> at $14.25 per share<\/strong>. It is simply a different way of doing the financing, and its market cap is US$1 billion<\/strong>, significantly higher<\/strong><\/span> than Titan<\/strong>, even though TI<\/strong> has its own graphite<\/strong> in New York and doesn't<\/strong><\/span> need to source<\/strong><\/span> it from elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n

ALOY<\/strong> seems like it plans to source<\/strong><\/span> its Heavy Rare Earths<\/strong> from the Tanbreez Project<\/strong> of Critical Metals (CRML)<\/strong> in Greenland. This is exactly<\/strong><\/span> why Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)<\/strong> will be such a huge success<\/strong><\/span>. It hasn't<\/strong><\/span> once had a single 1 million share volume day<\/strong> since our suggestion. CRML<\/strong> averages<\/span> 12 million shares of volume per day<\/strong>, which is $120 million in dollar volume every day<\/strong><\/span>. Imagine when these investors learn about SAGA<\/strong> and its Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong>, located directly in between<\/strong><\/span> Tanbreez<\/strong> and Strange Lake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
