In November 2025, <strong>TiO2 companies<\/strong> hit new <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>all-time lows<\/strong><\/span> relative to the <strong>S&amp;P 500<\/strong>. Any time an industry reaches a <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>record low<\/strong><\/span> relative to the <strong>S&amp;P 500<\/strong>, it will almost always begin to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>strongly outperform<\/strong><\/span> the rest of the market.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>Tronox (TROX)<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up by 11.34%<\/strong><\/span> today.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>Chemours (CC)<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up by 5.06%<\/strong><\/span> today.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>Kronos (KRO)<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up by 3.84%<\/strong><\/span> today.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>Huntsman (HUN)<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up by 3.46%<\/strong><\/span> today.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">In August 2020, <strong>America&#39;s <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">leading<\/span> titanium alloy <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">production<\/span> company<\/strong> for the military, <strong>ATI Inc. (ATI)<\/strong>, hit an <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>all-time low<\/strong><\/span> vs. the <strong>S&amp;P 500<\/strong>. Since August 2020, <strong>ATI<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gained by 2,222.27%<\/strong><\/span>, or <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>18.79x more<\/strong><\/span> than the <strong>S&amp;P 500<\/strong>, which has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gained by 118.25%<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">NIA recently announced <strong>Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)<\/strong> as its <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>brand-new #1 favorite<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>overall<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>stock suggestion<\/strong><\/span> for 2026. <strong>SAGA&#39;s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">100%-owned<\/span> Radar Project<\/strong> in Labrador is <strong>North America&#39;s <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">#1 most important<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">new<\/span> TiO2 <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">discovery<\/span><\/strong>. <strong>SAGA<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>hit mineralization in 100% of all<\/strong><\/span> reported <strong>Radar drill holes<\/strong> to date.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>SAGA<\/strong> currently has <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>assays pending<\/strong><\/span> for <strong>17 drill holes<\/strong>. These <strong>17 pending drill holes<\/strong> have <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">intercepted<\/span> an <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">average<\/span> of 160.75 meters of total oxide mineralization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">In comparison, <strong>SAGA&#39;s last 35 reported drill holes<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">intercepted<\/span> an <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">average<\/span> of 101.45 meters of total oxide mineralization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">This represents an <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>increase of 58.44%<\/strong><\/span> in the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>average<\/strong><\/span> <strong>total oxide mineralization<\/strong> intercepted by <strong>SAGA&#39;s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">next<\/span> 17 drill holes<\/strong> to soon be reported vs. the prior 35.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">Early next month, <strong>SAGA<\/strong> will <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>launch<\/strong><\/span> its <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">maiden<\/span> drill program<\/strong> at its <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">newly acquired<\/span> Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong> in Labrador. <strong>Wolverine<\/strong> was <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">originally<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">owned<\/span><\/strong> by <strong>Altius Minerals (TSX: ALS)<\/strong>, the same company that <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">discovered<\/span> Nevada&#39;s Beatty <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">Gold<\/span> District<\/strong> before selling it to <strong>AngloGold Ashanti (AU)<\/strong> and retaining <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>valuable<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>royalties<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">One year ago, <strong>ALS<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">sold<\/span> two-thirds<\/strong> of its <strong>1.5% NSR royalty<\/strong> in the <strong>Beatty <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">Gold<\/span> District<\/strong> to <strong>Franco-Nevada (FNV)<\/strong> for <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>US$250 million in cash<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">In 2010, <strong>ALS <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">sold<\/span><\/strong> its <strong>Nuiklavik rare-earth-element (REE) property<\/strong>, now known as <strong>SAGA&#39;s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">newly acquired<\/span> Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong>, to <strong>Rare Element Resources (OTC: REEMF)<\/strong> for <strong>200,000 REEMF shares<\/strong>. ALS apparently sold these shares in 2011 for approximately <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$3 million+<\/strong><\/span>, but its purpose in selling the property to <strong>REEMF<\/strong> was to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>obtain<\/strong><\/span> a <strong>2% Gross Overriding Royalty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>REEMF<\/strong> decided to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>focus<\/strong><\/span> on its <strong>Bear Lodge REE Project<\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">never<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">explored<\/span> Wolverine<\/strong>. Although <strong>REEMF&#39;s market cap <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">surpassed<\/span> $1.2 billion<\/strong> in October 2025, it is currently worth only <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$250 million<\/strong><\/span> because its <strong>Bear Lodge REE Project<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>stagnated<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>REEMF<\/strong> made a <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>huge mistake<\/strong><\/span> by not <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>advancing<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Wolverine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">When <strong>REEMF<\/strong> let the <strong>claims <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">expire<\/span><\/strong> a decade ago <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">without<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">drilling<\/span><\/strong> a single hole, <strong>ALS<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>lost<\/strong><\/span> its <strong>royalty<\/strong>! <strong>SAGA&#39;s Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>100% royalty-free<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size:8px;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
