Titanium dioxide pigment (TiO2)<\/strong> companies are the most undervalued<\/strong><\/span> in the market. In November 2025, TiO2 companies<\/strong> hit new all-time lows<\/strong><\/span> relative to the S&P 500<\/strong>. Any time an industry reaches a record low<\/strong><\/span> relative to the S&P 500<\/strong>, it will almost always begin to strongly outperform<\/strong><\/span> the rest of the market.<\/p>\n\n

Tronox (TROX)<\/strong> is up by 11.34%<\/strong><\/span> today.<\/p>\n\n

Chemours (CC)<\/strong> is up by 5.06%<\/strong><\/span> today.<\/p>\n\n

Kronos (KRO)<\/strong> is up by 3.84%<\/strong><\/span> today.<\/p>\n\n

Huntsman (HUN)<\/strong> is up by 3.46%<\/strong><\/span> today.<\/p>\n\n

In August 2020, America's leading<\/span> titanium alloy production<\/span> company<\/strong> for the military, ATI Inc. (ATI)<\/strong>, hit an all-time low<\/strong><\/span> vs. the S&P 500<\/strong>. Since August 2020, ATI<\/strong> has gained by 2,222.27%<\/strong><\/span>, or 18.79x more<\/strong><\/span> than the S&P 500<\/strong>, which has gained by 118.25%<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n

SAGA<\/strong> has hit mineralization in 100% of all<\/strong><\/span> reported Radar drill holes<\/strong> to date.<\/p>\n\n

SAGA<\/strong> currently has assays pending<\/strong><\/span> for 17 drill holes<\/strong>. These 17 pending drill holes<\/strong> have intercepted<\/span> an average<\/span> of 160.75 meters of total oxide mineralization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In comparison, SAGA's last 35 reported drill holes<\/strong> intercepted<\/span> an average<\/span> of 101.45 meters of total oxide mineralization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

This represents an increase of 58.44%<\/strong><\/span> in the average<\/strong><\/span> total oxide mineralization<\/strong> intercepted by SAGA's next<\/span> 17 drill holes<\/strong> to soon be reported vs. the prior 35.<\/p>\n\n

Early next month, SAGA<\/strong> will launch<\/strong><\/span> its maiden<\/span> drill program<\/strong> at its newly acquired<\/span> Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong> in Labrador. Wolverine<\/strong> was originally<\/span> owned<\/span><\/strong> by Altius Minerals (TSX: ALS)<\/strong>, the same company that discovered<\/span> Nevada's Beatty Gold<\/span> District<\/strong> before selling it to AngloGold Ashanti (AU)<\/strong> and retaining valuable<\/strong><\/span> royalties<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n

One year ago, ALS<\/strong> sold<\/span> two-thirds<\/strong> of its 1.5% NSR royalty<\/strong> in the Beatty Gold<\/span> District<\/strong> to Franco-Nevada (FNV)<\/strong> for US$250 million in cash<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n

In 2010, ALS sold<\/span><\/strong> its Nuiklavik rare-earth-element (REE) property<\/strong>, now known as SAGA's newly acquired<\/span> Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong>, to Rare Element Resources (OTC: REEMF)<\/strong> for 200,000 REEMF shares<\/strong>. ALS apparently sold these shares in 2011 for approximately $3 million+<\/strong><\/span>, but its purpose in selling the property to REEMF<\/strong> was to obtain<\/strong><\/span> a 2% Gross Overriding Royalty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

REEMF<\/strong> decided to focus<\/strong><\/span> on its Bear Lodge REE Project<\/strong> and never<\/span> explored<\/span> Wolverine<\/strong>. Although REEMF's market cap surpassed<\/span> $1.2 billion<\/strong> in October 2025, it is currently worth only $250 million<\/strong><\/span> because its Bear Lodge REE Project<\/strong> has stagnated<\/strong><\/span>. REEMF<\/strong> made a huge mistake<\/strong><\/span> by not advancing<\/strong><\/span> Wolverine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

When REEMF<\/strong> let the claims expire<\/span><\/strong> a decade ago without<\/span> drilling<\/span><\/strong> a single hole, ALS<\/strong> lost<\/strong><\/span> its royalty<\/strong>! SAGA's Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong> is 100% royalty-free<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n\n
