On reports that the Canadian Government has approved Canada Nickel Company's (TSXV: CNC) Crawford Nickel Mine in Ontario.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/td>\n\t\t<\/tr>\n\t<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t

Homeland Nickel (TSXV: SHL)<\/strong> gained 5.48%<\/strong> today to $0.385<\/strong> per share.<\/td>\n\t\t<\/tr>\n\t<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n

Noble Mineral Exploration (TSXV: NOB)<\/strong> owns 2,091,184 common shares in Canada Nickel Company (TSXV: CNC)<\/strong>, owner of the newly approved, soon-to-be-developed Crawford Nickel Mine: the world's second-largest nickel reserve and resource globally.<\/p>\n\n

NOB<\/strong> also owns over 10 million common shares in Homeland Nickel (TSXV: SHL)<\/strong>, owner of the Cleopatra Property in Oregon, which contains a historical resource of approximately 40 million tonnes (Mt) of laterite grading over 0.9% nickel: the largest undeveloped nickel resource in the continental United States.<\/p>\n\n

NOB<\/strong> previously held 19,500,000 Homeland Nickel (TSXV: SHL)<\/strong> shares and recently distributed 9,000,000 Homeland shares to NOB shareholders as a special dividend at a ratio of approximately 0.03406078 of a Homeland share for each Noble share held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

Based on SHL closing today at $0.385 per share:<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t

NOB close $0.085<\/strong> + SHL special dividend $0.0131<\/strong> = $0.0981 per share<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t

A gain of 78.36%<\/strong> since NIA's December 2nd suggestion of NOB at $0.055 per share.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/td>\n\t\t<\/tr>\n\t<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n

With Crawford set for development, NIA expects Canada Nickel to soon announce a major spin-off of East Timmins Nickel<\/strong> as a new publicly traded company of which NOB owns a 20% stake<\/strong>. It is possible NOB would consider spinning off its East Timmins shares to NOB shareholders as part of the future IPO of East Timmins Nickel.<\/p>\n\n

East Timmins Nickel<\/strong> owns 100% of the Mann Township nickel projects, a short distance from Crawford.<\/p>\n\n

East Timmins Nickel's Mann West<\/strong> alone has a maiden resource estimate of 0.9 Mt of nickel indicated and 1.3 Mt of nickel inferred, for 2.2 Mt of total nickel resources<\/strong> based on only 40 drill holes totaling 17,703 meters.<\/p>\n\n

For comparison, Crawford<\/strong> has 3.7 Mt of proven and probable nickel reserves after 446 drill holes totaling 172,081 meters.<\/p>\n\n

East Timmins Nickel's Mann Central<\/strong> has a maiden resource estimate of 0.51 Mt of nickel indicated and 1.15 Mt of nickel inferred, for 1.66 Mt of total nickel resources<\/strong> based on only 34 drill holes totaling 12,234 meters.<\/p>\n\n
