The big-tech AI hyperscalers are directly responsible for today&#39;s <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">inflationary crisis<\/span> and <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">poor standard of living<\/span> in North America.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">People assume they are building something productive, but they don&#39;t have a plan to make money. It is all a <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">scam<\/span> to keep people blindly putting money into <strong>VOO<\/strong> and recklessly buying <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">worthless<\/span> neocloud companies like <strong>IREN<\/strong>, <strong>CoreWeave (CRWV)<\/strong>, and <strong>Nebius (NBIS)<\/strong> on every dip.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">At least <strong>NBIS<\/strong> deserves credit for getting <strong>Yandex (YNDX)<\/strong> trading again, whereas Russian ETF investors who owned <strong>RSX<\/strong> still have all of their money <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">stuck<\/span>. However, <strong>IREN<\/strong>, <strong>CRWV<\/strong> and <strong>NBIS<\/strong> are <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">going to zero<\/span>&#8230; and people will continue <span style=\"color:#1a7a1a; font-weight:bold;\">buying <\/span>the <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">dip <\/span>all the way there!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">In recent months, people were buying these companies because a 25-year-old who was fired from OpenAI and whose fianc&eacute;e works for Anthropic was recklessly speculating in them with <span style=\"color:#0055cc; font-weight:bold;\">other people&#39;s money<\/span>. He <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">conned<\/span> people into giving him their money after writing a white paper predicting <span style=\"color:#0055cc; font-weight:bold;\">AGI by 2027<\/span>, which is a <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">total impossibility<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">Now that he has been <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">liquidated<\/span>, people are still buying these same <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">worthless<\/span> companies because they believe the stocks are only down due to his 4x-leveraged fund being forced to sell and will soon reach new highs.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>IREN<\/strong>, <strong>CRWV<\/strong>, and <strong>NBIS<\/strong> are all <span style=\"color:#c00000; font-weight:bold;\">going to zero<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">We will have a <span style=\"color:#1a7a1a; font-weight:bold;\">housing boom<\/span> over the next few years, and <strong>Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)<\/strong> and <strong>Temas Resources (CSE: TMAS)<\/strong> will become the <span style=\"color:#0055cc; font-weight:bold;\">billion-dollar market-cap companies<\/span> of the future.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">Similar to <strong>Noble Mineral Exploration (TSXV: NOB)<\/strong>, which had absolutely no reason to dip back down to <strong>$0.055<\/strong> per share other than people selling to buy the SpaceX IPO or chase <strong>IREN<\/strong>, <strong>CRWV<\/strong>, and <strong>NBIS<\/strong>, there is absolutely no possible way to justify the current valuations of <strong>SAGA<\/strong> and <strong>TMAS<\/strong>. These are going to be the <span style=\"color:#1a7a1a; font-weight:bold;\">best performers of the next five years<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>SAGA<\/strong> gained <span style=\"color:#1a7a1a; font-weight:bold;\">4.88%<\/span> yesterday to <strong>$0.43<\/strong> per share, and <span style=\"color:#0055cc; font-weight:bold;\">drilling begins early next month at Wolverine!<\/span> Rick Rule&#39;s #1 favorite company is <strong>Altius (TSX: ALS)<\/strong>, and Wolverine was its <span style=\"color:#0055cc; font-weight:bold;\">top REE prospect!<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>TMAS<\/strong> gained <span style=\"color:#1a7a1a; font-weight:bold;\">5%<\/span> yesterday to <strong>$0.105<\/strong> per share. If Argex Titanium was worth <strong>$160 million<\/strong> in December 2012, <strong>TMAS<\/strong> deserves a <span style=\"color:#1a7a1a; font-weight:bold;\">significantly higher valuation<\/span> than Argex had at the time because its version of La Blache has a titanium, vanadium, and iron resource that is many times larger, along with a Net Present Value (NPV) of <span style=\"color:#0055cc; font-weight:bold;\">$6.8 billion<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">Even a valuation equal to only 1% of NPV would make <strong>TMAS<\/strong> one of our <span style=\"color:#1a7a1a; font-weight:bold;\">largest gainers of all time<\/span>. <strong>TMAS<\/strong> has the <span style=\"color:#0055cc; font-weight:bold;\">best technology<\/span> in the mining industry.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:8px; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif; color:#777777;\">Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
