Importantly, the <strong>2024 PEA<\/strong> for the <strong>La Blache Project<\/strong>, with an after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>CAD$6.8 billion<\/strong><\/span>, was based only on the <strong>Farrell-Taylor deposit<\/strong> and <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>did not include<\/strong><\/span> the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>recently acquired<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>directly adjacent<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Hervieux East and Hervieux West deposits<\/strong> previously owned by <strong>Argex Titanium<\/strong>. <strong>Argex&#39;s 2011 PEA<\/strong> showed an after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>USD$1.52 billion<\/strong><\/span> for the <strong>Hervieux East and Hervieux West deposits<\/strong>, which helped <strong>Argex<\/strong> reach a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">CAD$160 million<\/span> market cap<\/strong> in December 2012.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">The <strong>former Argex CEO<\/strong> from 2012, <strong>Roy Bonnell<\/strong>, is today the CEO of <strong>Allied Critical Metals (CSE: ACM)<\/strong>, a company now worth <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>CAD$331 million<\/strong><\/span>. The current market cap of <strong>TMAS<\/strong> is only <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>CAD$13.94 million<\/strong><\/span>, and its <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">patented<\/span> Regenerative Chloride Leach (RCL) technology<\/strong> is the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>best<\/strong><\/span> in the <strong>mining industry<\/strong> for <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>reducing costs<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>achieving high recoveries<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA) <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">gained another 1.16%<\/span><\/strong> on Friday to <strong>$0.435 per share<\/strong>. <strong>SAGA<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">most promising<\/span> Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong> in all of Canada, called <strong>Wolverine<\/strong>, and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilling begins<\/strong><\/span> early this month! Previously the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>#1 REE prospect<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>Rick Rule&#39;s <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">#1 favorite company<\/span>, Altius Minerals (TSX: ALS)<\/strong>, back when it was called the <strong>Nuiklavik rare-earth-element (REE) property<\/strong>, <strong>Altius<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>sold it<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>Rare Element Resources (REEMF)<\/strong> in January 2010. At the time, <strong>REEMF<\/strong> was the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">world&#39;s #1 most successful<\/span> REE company<\/strong>. <strong>ALS<\/strong> had a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>goal<\/strong><\/span> of <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">obtaining a valuable<\/span> royalty<\/strong> in a project that <strong>REEMF<\/strong> would <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>develop<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>REEMF<\/strong> decided to focus on the <strong>Bear Lodge Project<\/strong> instead and <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>never<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilled<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Nuiklavik<\/strong>. In 2024 and 2025, <strong>Wolverine\/Nuiklavik<\/strong> was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilled<\/strong><\/span> for the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>first time in history<\/strong><\/span> by a private company, which <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">achieved<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">consistent<\/span> intercepts across a 1.7 km by 1.2 km area<\/strong>, with a <strong>heavy rare earth content ratio<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>averaging<\/strong><\/span> approximately <strong>28%<\/strong> of <strong>total rare earth oxides (TREO)<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:8px; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif; color:#777777;\">Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
