{"id":9802,"date":"2026-08-08T12:28:28","date_gmt":"2026-08-08T16:28:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/?p=9802"},"modified":"2026-08-08T12:30:30","modified_gmt":"2026-08-08T16:30:30","slug":"early-signs-of-titanium-industry-breakout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/articles\/early-signs-of-titanium-industry-breakout\/","title":{"rendered":"Early Signs of Titanium Industry Breakout"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"max-width:650px; margin:0 auto; padding:0 10px; box-sizing:border-box; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6; color:#333333; -webkit-text-size-adjust:100%; -ms-text-size-adjust:100%; mso-line-height-rule:exactly; display:block;\">\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">NIA&#8217;s <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">#1 favorite overall stock suggestion<\/span> Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">gained by 9.28%<\/span><\/strong> on Friday to <strong>$0.53 per share<\/strong> and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gained by 21.84%<\/strong><\/span> for the week. <strong>SAGA<\/strong> will soon be releasing its <strong>maiden resource estimate<\/strong> for the <strong>Radar Critical Minerals Project<\/strong> in Labrador, which is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>rich<\/strong><\/span> in <span style=\"color:#999999;\"><strong>titanium<\/strong><\/span>, <strong>vanadium<\/strong>, and <span style=\"color:#e67e22;\"><strong>iron<\/strong><\/span>, with <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">very consistent<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">intercepts<\/span><\/strong> (<span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>100% hit rate<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>2026 drilling<\/strong>) and <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>strong continuity<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>SAGA<\/strong> has a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>close relationship<\/strong><\/span> with <strong>Rio Tinto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">When <strong>SAGA<\/strong> announced its agreement to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquire<\/strong><\/span> the <strong>Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong> in Labrador, we coincidentally had already spent <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">countless<\/span> weeks<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">researching<\/span> every REE property<\/strong> across the entire <strong>Labrador&ndash;Greenland alkaline\/peralkaline REE province<\/strong>&#8230; and we immediately knew it was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquiring<\/strong><\/span> a project with the potential to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>surpass<\/strong><\/span> the <strong>Tanbreez Project<\/strong> of <strong>Critical Metals (CRML)<\/strong>, which <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gained by 32.06%<\/strong><\/span> this week to a <strong>market cap<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>US$1.065 billion<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>SAGA<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>extremely undervalued<\/strong><\/span> from <strong>Radar<\/strong> alone and is currently receiving <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">zero<\/span> value<\/strong> for <strong>Wolverine<\/strong>, which we believe is the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>most value-creative acquisition<\/strong><\/span> any company has made in 2026. It <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>hasn&#8217;t<\/strong><\/span> been priced in yet, but <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilling begins<\/strong><\/span> at <strong>Wolverine<\/strong> one week from today!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">The <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>#1 largest<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#999999;\"><strong>titanium exploration company<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Empire Metals (LSE: EEE)<\/strong> finished this week <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up by 24.29%<\/strong><\/span> to a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>new 10-month high<\/strong><\/span> with a <strong>market cap<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>US$485.40 million<\/strong><\/span>. Its <strong>Pitfield Project<\/strong> in Australia features a <strong>Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE)<\/strong> totaling <strong>2.2 billion tonnes<\/strong> grading <span style=\"color:#999999;\"><strong>5.1% TiO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">For <strong>SAGA<\/strong> to reach a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>new 10-month high<\/strong><\/span> like <strong>EEE<\/strong>, <strong>SAGA<\/strong> will need to <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">surpass<\/span> $0.98 per share<\/strong>. We believe <strong>SAGA&#8217;s mineral resource estimate<\/strong> will <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>compare very favorably<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>EEE<\/strong>, especially considering <strong>SAGA&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">low<\/span> market cap<\/strong>, because its <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">average<\/span> drill hole<\/strong> contains <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">higher<\/span> grades<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#999999;\"><strong>TiO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong><\/span> while the <strong>vanadium<\/strong> and <span style=\"color:#e67e22;\"><strong>iron<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>add significantly<\/strong><\/span> to the project&#8217;s overall potential. <strong>EEE<\/strong> has <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">no<\/span> vanadium<\/strong> or <span style=\"color:#e67e22;\"><strong>iron<\/strong><\/span>. Both <strong>EEE<\/strong> and <strong>SAGA<\/strong> have <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">large-scale projects<\/span><\/strong> that will <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>continue<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>grow<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong><span style=\"color:#999999;\">TiO<sub>2<\/sub><\/span><\/strong> chemical company <strong>Kronos Worldwide (KRO)<\/strong> shocked Wall Street with <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">extremely strong<\/span> 2Q results<\/strong> on Thursday, <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>rising by 32.53%<\/strong><\/span> in a single day. <strong>KRO<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gained by 41.36%<\/strong><\/span> this week to a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>new 17-month high<\/strong><\/span>, which is a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>very good sign<\/strong><\/span> for companies with <span style=\"color:#999999;\"><strong>TiO<sub>2<\/sub> exploration projects<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>Temas Resources (CSE: TMAS)<\/strong> has an <strong>inferred resource<\/strong> at the <strong>Farrell-Taylor deposit<\/strong> of its <strong>La Blache Project<\/strong> in Quebec of <strong>208.5 million tonnes<\/strong> grading <strong><span style=\"color:#999999;\">12.3% TiO<sub>2<\/sub><\/span>, 0.2% V<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>5<\/sub>, and <span style=\"color:#e67e22;\">41.5% Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub><\/span><\/strong>, equal to <span style=\"color:#999999;\"><strong>16.7% TiO<sub>2<\/sub>Eq*<\/strong><\/span>. Although <strong>EEE&#8217;s Pitfield resource<\/strong> has <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">10.55x more<\/span> total tonnes<\/strong>, <strong>TMAS<\/strong> has <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">significantly higher<\/span> <span style=\"color:#999999;\">TiO<sub>2<\/sub><\/span> grades<\/strong>, and after including <strong>vanadium<\/strong> and <span style=\"color:#e67e22;\"><strong>iron<\/strong><\/span>, its <span style=\"color:#999999;\"><strong>TiO<sub>2<\/sub>Eq grade<\/strong><\/span> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>3.27x higher<\/strong><\/span> than <strong>EEE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><strong>TMAS<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>most valuable<\/strong><\/span> for its <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">patented<\/span> RCL technology<\/strong>, which allows <strong>mining companies<\/strong> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>achieve the highest possible recoveries<\/strong><\/span> of not only <span style=\"color:#999999;\"><strong>titanium<\/strong><\/span>, <strong>vanadium<\/strong>, and <span style=\"color:#e67e22;\"><strong>iron<\/strong><\/span>&#8230; but it also works for <strong><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span>\/<span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">silver<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>nickel<\/strong>, <strong>rare earths<\/strong>, and <strong>chromium<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\"><em>*TiO<sub>2<\/sub>Eq based on US$2,200\/t TiO<sub>2<\/sub>, US$14,200\/t V<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>5<\/sub> and US$125\/t Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> and the metallurgical recovery assumptions outlined in the La Blache NI 43-101 Technical Report.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; color:#333333;\"><span style=\"font-size:8px;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
