Westward Gold (CSE: WG) <\/strong>is likely to re-rate<\/span><\/strong> like BCM Resources (TSXV: B)<\/strong> did earlier this month, another Quinton Hennigh<\/strong> company.<\/p>\n\n

WG<\/strong> is the most exciting<\/span> story<\/strong> in today's gold sector<\/strong><\/span>, being directly adjacent<\/strong><\/span> to Fourmile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Fourmile<\/strong> is now worth an estimated US$15 billion<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n

How on earth is WG's market cap<\/strong> this low<\/strong><\/span> when they just intersected<\/span> 12m of 8.06 g\/t gold<\/span><\/strong> in the first<\/span> core drill hole<\/strong>, with the second<\/span> core drill hole<\/strong> pending<\/strong><\/span> and the RC rig<\/strong> now drilling<\/strong><\/span> the first<\/span> deep hole<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n

WG<\/strong> is about to become the most talked about<\/span> junior gold explorer<\/span><\/strong> ahead of Barrick's record-breaking<\/span> North American IPO<\/strong> later this year.<\/p>\n\n

For rare earths, Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)<\/strong> will re-rate<\/strong><\/span> next, exactly like Rare Element Resources (REEMF)<\/strong> did. We haven't gotten any Wolverine drilling results yet… drilling has just begun, and it will take weeks to get any results. SAGA<\/strong> has a slight warrant overhang, but nothing extreme<\/strong><\/span> like Volta Metals (CSE: VLTA)<\/strong>. The most recently issued SAGA warrants<\/strong> are at $1.10 per share<\/strong> vs. VLTA's newly issued<\/span> warrants<\/strong> at $0.25 per share<\/strong>. Our guess is SAGA<\/strong> re-rates first<\/strong><\/span> after drilling results, especially since it's a former REEMF-owned<\/strong> property, and then VLTA<\/strong> later in the year.<\/p>\n\n
