Dump Large-Cap Cannabis Stocks for Undiscovered Micro Caps

Yesterday morning, NIA sent out an exclusive chart showing the total market cap of all Canadian listed cannabis stocks over the past year. After reaching a new all-time high on Monday of $55.84 billion, NIA predicted that it would prove to be a short-term peak similar to January 2018 when the industry's valuation exploded from $9.26 billion to a high of $33.03 billion before dipping to $21.11 billion. Five months later, it began to reach new record highs.

Although we are very pleased how International Cannabis (CSE: WRLD) exploded from our suggestion price of $0.79 per share to a high of $0.91 per share for a gain of 15.2% in three days on record trading volume, WRLD's shares outstanding are now up to 230.1 million - meaning its market cap is close to $200 million. We expect a pullback to $0.60 per share and will reconsider it at that time.

Our biggest cannabis winner in recent months Koios Beverage (CSE: KBEV) was completely undiscovered when we suggested it - trading at ground-floor levels with a micro cap valuation of $13.5 million. During the first half of September, it was the #1 largest percentage gainer on the CSE - rising to a high of $1.05 per share for a gain of 288.89% from our suggestion price.

Moving forward, we will focus on researching micro cap cannabis opportunities that are completely undiscovered. We suggest avoiding cannabis plays that have already run big - in favor of undiscovered, ground-floor opportunities that are trading near 52-week lows and haven't yet made massive gains!
