Arianne Phosphate (TSXV: DAN) after successfully reducing its debt by CAD$12.57 million to CAD$24.9 million and extending maturity by 5 years to June 2026 has 171.69 million shares outstanding. At today's closing price of $0.39 per share, DAN has a market cap of CAD$66.96 million and enterprise value of CAD$90.86 million.

Back on July 5, 2019, DAN closed at $0.63 per share where it had an enterprise value of CAD$97.91 million with the U.S. Diammonium Phosphate Spot Price at only $314.88 per tonne! Today, the U.S. Diammonium Phosphate Spot Price is up to $528.88 per tonne! The U.S. Diammonium Phosphate Spot Price has increased by 67.96% yet DAN's enterprise value is 7.2% below what it was on July 5, 2019!
