NPR Closest Comparison is Paycore Minerals (TSXV: CORE)

We don't expect North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR) to initially achieve a market cap similar to i-80 Gold (TSX: IAU).

Augusta Gold (TSX: G) is a much closer comparison to IAU.

Based on current gold prices, after NPR's deal to acquire Prospect Mountain is finalized in June, we only expect NPR to initially trade with a market cap similar to Paycore Minerals (TSXV: CORE). Only if we get a new all-time high gold price in June will a market cap for NPR of $150-$200 million become possible.

Prospect Mountain contains the same type of deposits as CORE's FAD project. It contains extremely high grades of gold, silver, lead, and zinc all in one along with some copper.

If you look at the location of the Prospect Mountain Mine Complex vs. CORE's FAD shaft, they are perfectly on trend with each other. Their high grade poly-metallic deposits are located west of the same Jackson Fault. A little bit past CORE's FAD shaft where you see a past producing open pit gold mine is where IAU is located. IAU has a totally different type of gold deposit that is similar to G.

We will provide you with a map so that you can see for yourself the Prospect Mountain Mine Complex vs. CORE's FAD shaft. Keep in mind that NPR's proposed mining area is only a small part of the claims that they are acquiring along the Prospect Mountains. The proposed mining area is where they already know these high grade poly-metallic deposits are located. There are many other past producing mines located along the claims being acquired by NPR that haven't been explored at all during the last 25 years.
