NPR's CEO Trusted Eric Sprott to Takeover Control of KL

North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR)'s Chairman/CEO Brian A Hinchcliffe didn't step down from Kirkland Lake Gold (KL) until after he took its share price from $1 per share up to $21 per share for a gain of 2,000% and he only stepped down because he trusted Eric Sprott to takeover control of the company. Sprott successfully merged it with an Australian company to form a company that owned/operated the #1 highest grade North American gold mine AND the #1 highest grade Australian gold mine!

Several other members of KL's founding management team/Board of Directors stepped down from KL a few years prior to Brian and founded the company Galway Resources.

Galway Resources began trading at $0.17 per share and was later acquired at a MASSIVE premium for $2.05 per share in CASH plus shareholders received free shares of two new spin-off companies valuing the total deal at $2.30 per share or $340 million!

After NPR's CEO Brian A Hinchcliffe stepped down from KL and Galway Resources was acquired at a MASSIVE premium, the entire founding management team/Board of Directors of KL teamed up once again to launch Rupert Resources (TSXV: RUP), which has increased from $0.03 per share up to $5.69 per share since the start of 2016 for a gain of 18,867%! RUP's market cap will surpass $1 billion any day now!

Today, the entire team is back together once again at their latest brand new start-up NPR and they have just acquired control of a massive district scale gold project Black Horse, which previously produced what were among the highest grades of gold ever mined in the history of Nevada the world's #1 ranked mining jurisdiction!

NPR will be issuing press releases soon about their major drilling/exploration program set to launch in early 2022!
