Super Copper CEO Stopped Buying Shares on August 20th

Super Copper (CSE: CUPR)'s CEO has purchased another 19,500 CUPR shares in the open market this month after purchasing 24,600 CUPR shares in the open market last month. He suddenly stopped buying on August 20th. Are we concerned? No, it's not at all concerning that he hasn't purchased any shares since August 20th.

If, for example, the CEO of a company knows a drill hole looks really good, that information could potentially be considered "material", which could mean he must wait until the drill core is processed by the lab and the assay results are made public before he would be allowed to purchase more shares.
