Was USAR’s Round Top a Consolation Prize Where Trump Couldn’t Get Kvanefjeld in Greenland?
Some NIA members have told us that they sold their Energy Transition Minerals (ASX: ETM) shares because we issued a January 6th alert entitled, 'NIA’s Prediction for Greenland (20 Days Away from Something Big Happening)' and then exactly 20 days later President Trump invests into USA Rare Earth (USAR) paying a 16x higher market cap for a clearly subpar asset Round Top that isn't close to being a world-class high-grade REE project like ETM's Kvanefjeld. They believe "something went wrong" in the Greenland negotiations so he gave up and bought into this inferior company instead.
First of all, we never said President Trump is buying into ETM… but we do think things are leaning in that direction. If Shenghe Resources was going to remain ETM's second largest shareholder, ETM would clearly be better off just remaining listed on the ASX. ETM's sudden decision to hire Cohen & Company to list on the NASDAQ is definitely a sign of a potential deal coming in the future similar to President Trump acquiring Trilogy Metals (TMQ) shares from Australian firm South32. In NIA's opinion, at some point after ETM's NASDAQ listing… President Trump will strongly consider acquiring Shenghe's ETM shares, but that is still months away from happening it was never something that had any chance of happening this month.
The finalization of a formal U.S.–Denmark–Greenland cooperation framework focused on strategic minerals, supply-chain security, and Western access to critical resources including the removal or neutralization of the uranium constraint… is what will result in an instant revaluation of ETM to $1 per share.
We didn't think this was realistic to happen in only 20 days… so we have been saying to be ready to celebrate on February 10th at the Hispanic Prosperity Gala at Mar-a-Lago.
President Trump's decision to invest into USAR has absolutely nothing to do with the Greenland framework being finalized behind the scenes.
We hope that ETM dips further… NIA's President would like to accumulate a much larger position!
