Will TRT Be $50+ Within Months?
Trio-Tech International (TRT) gained for its third straight day on Friday surging 4.79% to $5.47 per share.
TRT will definitely be $50+ per share at some point within the next 2-3 years, but whether it reaches $50+ per share within months is hard to say. TRT’s main competitor Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) trades with an enterprise value of 20x revenue. This same multiple would value TRT today at $113.98 per share, so $50 per share is very conservative.
No matter what, TRT’s profit margins are likely to grow significantly beginning this quarter because it is the first quarter in history that the company has owned 100% of its Malaysian subsidiary, which is the company’s primary growth driver.
The Rivian R2 will be Rivian’s first mass market vehicle, and with Tesla cancelling the Model S and Model X to make room for robots, Americans will eagerly rush to buy the Rivian R2 over the much more common Tesla Model Y and Model 3.
If you read this Infineon press release from May 2025 by clicking here, you will see that Infineon is producing the Rivian R2’s power modules from its brand-new Malaysian facility. We are therefore 99.99% sure TRT’s press release from Wednesday is an initial contract with Infineon for TRT to use its brand-new Dynamic HTOL Electric Vehicle Power Module Test System to test the Rivian R2’s power modules for long-term reliability. These power modules need to last for 20 years through extreme heat and cold, and only TRT has the technology to cost effectively test them!
The initial contract for $2.5 million is just the beginning and will likely grow very significantly. This is a much higher quality type of revenue compared to any revenue that TRT has generated previously. We are talking about much higher gross margins!
There is too much dumb money chasing natural resource stocks. Hydrograph Clean Power (CSE: HG) and Hycroft Mining (HYMC) are the two biggest bubbles we have seen in world history. Trio-Tech International (TRT) has a 100% chance of making massive gains!
