Completion of the Wolverine HREE Project Acquisition

SAGA signed the definitive share purchase agreement on April 13, 2026, to acquire 100% of Catalyst Rare Metals Ltd., the holder of the royalty-free Wolverine REE Project in central Labrador. Formal closing and TSXV approval are expected in the near-term, officially adding a large-scale HREE asset to SAGA’s portfolio. The project sits in the same peralkaline geological province as the globally significant Tanbreez and Strange Lake deposits.

Wolverine Property Expansion Closing

On April 16, 2026, SAGA executed a title transfer agreement adding three additional contiguous mineral licenses (~1,350 ha) and staked 202 new claims, expanding the total Wolverine land package to approximately 294.5 km². This closing is pending TSXV approval and will solidify SAGA’s dominant land position across the Flowers River Igneous Suite, with confirmed grab sample assays of up to 21.6% TREO from the expanded claims.

Airborne Geophysics Survey Results at Radar Titanium Project

The highly anticipated full-property airborne geophysics survey commenced the week of April 21, 2026, with results expected in late May / early June 2026. This survey will be the first opportunity to map the true size and scale of oxide mineralization across the entire 16+ km magnetic anomaly stretching from the Hawkeye Zone to the Trapper Zone… potentially revealing entirely new targets and representing a major step-change in understanding the district-scale potential of this project.

As of the latest update, assays from holes R-0027, R-0028, and R-0029 were finalized by IGS Laboratories and are being reviewed for imminent release. A further 710 samples from holes R-0030 through R-0035 are at the lab with analysis underway. Holes R-0036 through R-0045 have been logged with oxide mineralization confirmed, and holes R-0046 through R-0052 are still being logged.
