SAGA’s Most Important Upcoming Catalysts

Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA): Key Upcoming Catalysts for 2026

NIA’s brand-new #1 favorite overall stock suggestion for 2026, Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA), has an exceptionally deep pipeline of near-term catalysts across multiple projects… providing consistent, high-impact news flow for shareholders in the weeks and months ahead:

🔴  Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth (HREE) Project Brand New Asset
1

Completion of the Wolverine HREE Project Acquisition

SAGA signed the definitive share purchase agreement on April 13, 2026, to acquire 100% of Catalyst Rare Metals Ltd., the holder of the royalty-free Wolverine REE Project in central Labrador. Formal closing and TSXV approval are expected in the near-term, officially adding a large-scale HREE asset to SAGA’s portfolio. The project sits in the same peralkaline geological province as the globally significant Tanbreez and Strange Lake deposits.

2

Wolverine Property Expansion Closing

On April 16, 2026, SAGA executed a title transfer agreement adding three additional contiguous mineral licenses (~1,350 ha) and staked 202 new claims, expanding the total Wolverine land package to approximately 294.5 km². This closing is pending TSXV approval and will solidify SAGA’s dominant land position across the Flowers River Igneous Suite, with confirmed grab sample assays of up to 21.6% TREO from the expanded claims.

Maiden Diamond Drilling Program Announcement for Wolverine HREE Project

SAGA has outlined a robust 2026 work program targeting a maiden NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE). The program includes diamond core drilling to test vertical grade continuity, targeted step-out holes, ring dyke drilling, metallurgical test work, and structural/geophysical interpretation. The formal announcement and drilling launch represent an expected near-term catalyst.

4

Initial Diamond Drill Results from Wolverine HREE Project

Once drilling commences, first assay results will be highly anticipated. The 2025 RC drilling program already confirmed broad, near-surface REE mineralization across a 1.7 km × 1.2 km area. Key highlights:

48.8 m
@ 0.77% TREO intercept
2.03% TREO
Peak grade achieved
24–28%
Avg. HREO contribution

Less than 10% of the prospective surface tuff unit has been drilled to date… highlighting significant exploration upside.

5

Wolverine Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE)

Upon completion of diamond drilling and metallurgical test work, SAGA will advance toward publishing a maiden NI 43-101 MRE for Wolverine. Achieving the first resource milestone (≥370,000 tonnes contained TREO, with ≥27% HREO in the Inferred category) would trigger milestone payments under the acquisition agreement.

Continued High-Grade Drill Results at Radar Trapper Zone: Massive Ongoing News Flow

SAGA has now drilled 52 consecutive holes with a 100% hit rate… every single drill hole has intercepted mineralization. With over 10,237 m drilled to date (including 8,187 m in 2026 alone), the company is releasing batches of assay results approximately every 2–3 weeks. The most recent batch (April 21, 2026) included standout intercepts:

Hole Interval Fe₂O₃ TiO₂ V₂O₅
R-0024 91 m 49.08% 6.23% 0.390%
R-0024 sub 44 m 54.20% 7.07% 0.443%

Assays are pending for holes R-0027 through R-0052: ensuring a steady drumbeat of news releases in the coming weeks.

7

Airborne Geophysics Survey Results at Radar Titanium Project

The highly anticipated full-property airborne geophysics survey commenced the week of April 21, 2026, with results expected in late May / early June 2026. This survey will be the first opportunity to map the true size and scale of oxide mineralization across the entire 16+ km magnetic anomaly stretching from the Hawkeye Zone to the Trapper Zone… potentially revealing entirely new targets and representing a major step-change in understanding the district-scale potential of this project.

8

Pending Assay Batches from R-0027 to R-0045+ (Multiple Near-Term Releases)

As of the latest update, assays from holes R-0027, R-0028, and R-0029 were finalized by IGS Laboratories and are being reviewed for imminent release. A further 710 samples from holes R-0030 through R-0035 are at the lab with analysis underway. Holes R-0036 through R-0045 have been logged with oxide mineralization confirmed, and holes R-0046 through R-0052 are still being logged. This represents an extraordinary pipeline of upcoming news releases.

9

Completion of the Full MRE Drill Program at Radar Trapper Zone

With drilling now at hole R-0053 and progressing efficiently, the completion of the full MRE drill program is on the near-term horizon. The completion announcement, combined with final drill results, will set the stage for resource estimation to begin.

10

⭐ Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) at Radar Titanium Project

The culmination of SAGA’s multi-phase MRE drill campaign will be the publication of a maiden NI 43-101 MRE for the Radar Titanium-Vanadium-Iron Project. With a recent intercept of 156.89 m of oxide mineralization, the maiden mineral resource estimate is anticipated to be a landmark milestone… transforming Radar from an exploration-stage project into a defined resource.
