BOGO’s Largest Shareholder Loves High Lake Gold Project Being Acquired by Total Metals (TSXV: TT)
Borealis Mining (TSXV: BOGO) gained by 26.23% yesterday to a new all-time high of $1.54 per share on record volume of 1.81 million shares. On March 6th with BOGO at $0.55 per share, NIA sent out an alert saying, "Eric Sprott bought 3,571,400 shares of Borealis Mining (TSXV: BOGO) on February 26th at $0.56 per share increasing his stake to 7,571,400 shares. Rob McEwen bought 1,785,700 shares of Borealis Mining (TSXV: BOGO) on February 26th at $0.56 per share increasing his stake to 15,233,853 shares."

BOGO has gained by 180% since NIA's March 6th alert!
Rob McEwen is probably the smartest investor we have ever seen before. Not only did he help get BOGO off the ground by acquiring Waterton's stake prior to it going public and not only did he increase his BOGO stake near the all-time low… but McEwen was also an early investor in NIA's Power Metallic Mines (TSXV: PNPN) which gained by 775.56% following NIA's suggestion at $0.225 per share. In addition, McEwen was smart enough to recently acquire the property directly adjacent to the south of NIA's North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR) for his McEwen Inc (MUX) and McEwen has so far been consistently intercepting high-grade gold in nearly every drill hole.
In November 2023 with the TSX Venture Composite Index near its all-time low, both Rob McEwen and Frank Giustra purchased a stake in McFarlane Lake a company that was listed on this weird and obscure NEO exchange. At the time, McFarlane Lake was focused entirely on exploring the High Lake Gold Project one of the two new high-grade gold projects being acquired by Total Metals (TSXV: TT). McEwen said when he purchased his McFarlane Lake stake, "I was attracted to McFarlane Lake because of its terrific high-grade intercepts and the fact that it is in Canada and located close to where Goldcorp Inc. enjoyed such phenomenal exploration success and profitability."
Frank Giustra who co-founded Aris Mining (TSX: ARIS) knew that Aris wasn't ever going to have time to explore their Juby Gold Project and helped facilitate a deal for McFarlane Lake to acquire Juby from Aris. Without the permission of McEwen or Giustra, McFarlane Lake signed a deal to sell High Lake and West Hawk Lake to Total Metals (TSXV: TT).
Although it's possible a company like Highlander Silver (TSX: HSLV) or North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR) may be able to one day establish a high-grade gold resource similar to the High Lake Gold Project being acquired by Total Metals (TSXV: TT) there is no guarantee.
