At 1.01 billion tonnes grading 1.10% TREO, Kvanefjeld holds roughly 11 million tonnes of contained rare earth oxides, compared to just 660,000 tonnes at USA Rare Earth (USAR)’s Round Top Project and 180,000 tonnes at Critical Metals Corp (CRML)’s Tanbreez Project. The sheer scale of Kvanefjeld makes it capable of supplying up to 15% of global REE demand for decades. Its dominant elements—neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium—are the four most critical for permanent magnet production, giving it a direct link to the global EV and defense supply chain.

If USA Rare Earth (USAR) can command a valuation of $4.4 billion and Critical Metals Corp (CRML) can be worth $2.4 billion for smaller and lower-grade deposits, then Energy Transition Minerals (ASX: ETM) at only $106.8 million is clearly the most undervalued major rare earth company in the world. A resolution to its political impasse—or renewed U.S. interest in Greenland’s resources—could easily re-rate ETM’s valuation by 30× or more.
