Temas and Saga Breaking Out
NIA's latest brand-new stock suggestion, Temas Resources (CSE: TMAS), gained by 14.29% on Friday to $0.12 per share. Importantly, the 2024 PEA for the La Blache Project, with an after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) of CAD$6.8 billion, was based only on the Farrell-Taylor deposit and did not include the recently acquired, directly adjacent Hervieux East and Hervieux West deposits previously owned by Argex Titanium. Argex's 2011 PEA showed an after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) of USD$1.52 billion for the Hervieux East and Hervieux West deposits, which helped Argex reach a CAD$160 million market cap in December 2012.
The former Argex CEO from 2012, Roy Bonnell, is today the CEO of Allied Critical Metals (CSE: ACM), a company now worth CAD$331 million. The current market cap of TMAS is only CAD$13.94 million, and its patented Regenerative Chloride Leach (RCL) technology is the best in the mining industry for reducing costs and achieving high recoveries!
Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA) gained another 1.16% on Friday to $0.435 per share. SAGA has acquired the most promising Heavy Rare Earth Project in all of Canada, called Wolverine, and drilling begins early this month! Previously the #1 REE prospect of Rick Rule's #1 favorite company, Altius Minerals (TSX: ALS), back when it was called the Nuiklavik rare-earth-element (REE) property, Altius sold it to Rare Element Resources (REEMF) in January 2010. At the time, REEMF was the world's #1 most successful REE company. ALS had a goal of obtaining a valuable royalty in a project that REEMF would develop. REEMF decided to focus on the Bear Lodge Project instead and never drilled Nuiklavik. In 2024 and 2025, Wolverine/Nuiklavik was drilled for the first time in history by a private company, which achieved consistent intercepts across a 1.7 km by 1.2 km area, with a heavy rare earth content ratio averaging approximately 28% of total rare earth oxides (TREO)!
