Leopold Aschenbrenner Invested in World’s Most Worthless Companies

If every dollar that has been spent building AI data centers had instead been used to build millions of new homes across the U.S. and Canada, the standard of living and quality of life across North America would be far superior to what they are today. The big-tech AI hyperscalers are directly responsible for today's inflationary crisis and poor standard of living in North America.

People assume they are building something productive, but they don't have a plan to make money. It is all a scam to keep people blindly putting money into VOO and recklessly buying worthless neocloud companies like IREN, CoreWeave (CRWV), and Nebius (NBIS) on every dip.

At least NBIS deserves credit for getting Yandex (YNDX) trading again, whereas Russian ETF investors who owned RSX still have all of their money stuck. However, IREN, CRWV and NBIS are going to zero… and people will continue buying the dip all the way there!

In recent months, people were buying these companies because a 25-year-old who was fired from OpenAI and whose fiancée works for Anthropic was recklessly speculating in them with other people's money. He conned people into giving him their money after writing a white paper predicting AGI by 2027, which is a total impossibility.

Now that he has been liquidated, people are still buying these same worthless companies because they believe the stocks are only down due to his 4x-leveraged fund being forced to sell and will soon reach new highs.

IREN, CRWV, and NBIS are all going to zero.

We will have a housing boom over the next few years, and Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA) and Temas Resources (CSE: TMAS) will become the billion-dollar market-cap companies of the future.

Similar to Noble Mineral Exploration (TSXV: NOB), which had absolutely no reason to dip back down to $0.055 per share other than people selling to buy the SpaceX IPO or chase IREN, CRWV, and NBIS, there is absolutely no possible way to justify the current valuations of SAGA and TMAS. These are going to be the best performers of the next five years.

SAGA gained 4.88% yesterday to $0.43 per share, and drilling begins early next month at Wolverine! Rick Rule's #1 favorite company is Altius (TSX: ALS), and Wolverine was its top REE prospect!

TMAS gained 5% yesterday to $0.105 per share. If Argex Titanium was worth $160 million in December 2012, TMAS deserves a significantly higher valuation than Argex had at the time because its version of La Blache has a titanium, vanadium, and iron resource that is many times larger, along with a Net Present Value (NPV) of $6.8 billion.

Even a valuation equal to only 1% of NPV would make TMAS one of our largest gainers of all time. TMAS has the best technology in the mining industry.
