CTGO’s 577.9 g/t Gold and 2,023 g/t Silver over 6.40m Discovery Is Not Part of Resource Estimate

Contango ORE (CTGO)'s Ellis Zone discovery at Johnson Tract includes a 6.40-meter intercept of 577.9 g/t gold, 2,023 g/t silver, 2.15% zinc, 0.3% copper, and 0.23% lead in drill hole DC21-010. The Ellis Zone is not a part of CTGO's Johnson Tract indicated resource estimate of 3.49 million tonnes grading 9.39 g/t gold equivalent (AuEq), for a total of approximately 1.05 million ounces AuEq. Other intercepts at the Ellis Zone include 14.8 meters @ 14.3 g/t AuEq (DC22-046), 11.9 meters @ 21.7 g/t AuEq (DC22-043), and 42.8 meters @ 5.4 g/t AuEq (DC22-036).

At $3,000 per oz gold, CTGO's Johnson Tract PEA shows an after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) of over US$400 million with initial CAPEX payback in less than one year, and this is based on only the JT Deposit! Ellis is one of many new high-grade targets across a 12km trend!

In recent weeks, CTGO met with Alaska Senators Murkowski and Sullivan, and Alaska Congressman Nick Begich. CTGO was impressed by overwhelming support for permitting projects in Alaska.

It was noted in such meetings that CTGO's Johnson Tract is the only critical metals mining project in Alaska that is ready for permitting and may be selected when appropriate for FAST-41 priority permitting under the newly created National Energy Dominance Council and Permitting Council under the direction of President Trump's Executive Order, "Immediate Measures to Increase American Mineral Production", issued on March 20, 2025.

CTGO looks forward to working with the Trump Administration and its Congressional delegation to develop the Johnson Tract project and help secure the American supply chain of four critical metals. Click here to read NIA's exclusive must-read CTGO report!
