NIA’s BVSN at Highest Closing Price of 2012
NIA’s latest stock suggestion, largest position, and #1 favorite stock suggestion of the decade BroadVision Inc. (BVSN) gained another $0.39 to finish today at $39.79. This is BVSN’s highest closing price since NIA first suggested it on December 12, 2011.
NIA accumulated another 11,200 shares of BVSN today. This is in addition to the 5,800 shares of BVSN that NIA purchased on Monday, 4,100 shares of BVSN that NIA purchased on Friday and the 3,500 shares of BVSN that NIA purchased on Thursday.
The resistance that BVSN has at $40 per share reminds us of the resistance that silver had at $20 per ounce. Every time silver would reach $20 per ounce, there would always be profit taking and silver could never close above $20 per ounce. Eventually when silver broke the $20 per ounce resistance and closed above $20 per ounce, it quickly soared to $30 per ounce and never looked back. The lowest we saw silver dip after reaching $30 per ounce was $27 per ounce.
In our opinion, with the Digital London Summit coming up on March 13-14, BVSN’s following is about to multiply in size overnight. When BVSN is finally able to close above $40 per share, we believe BVSN could quickly rise to $53.50 per share and will never look back. If BVSN dips after reaching $53.50 per share, it could have major support around the current 52-week high of $44.75.
Why are we guessing that $53.50 per share is the next short-term top after BVSN breaks the $40 resistance? After BVSN reached its 52-week high on January 24th of $44.75, it bottomed at $20 three days later, only to bounce to a high of $44.50 on February 7th. BVSN dipped again but this time it made a double bottom at $29. With BVSN bottoming $9 higher than its last bottom, we believe BVSN could soon rise $9 higher than its last top of $44.50 and reach $53.50 per share in the short-term.
With BVSN rising slowly and steadily on much lower volume than a month ago, it is a very good sign that the short-term traders are all gone and BVSN is under accumulation by very intelligent investors who understand how ridiculously undervalued BVSN is compared to all other enterprise social companies. It is very unlikely that NIA will discover another opportunity as big as BVSN is today for the rest of this entire decade.
