Going “All-In” on Celtic (CLTFF)?

Early on the morning of March 5th with Trio-Tech International (TRT) at $4.86 per share, NIA sent out an alert saying, "At some point soon, many investors will wish that they went all in on shares of TRT."

On May 15th, TRT hit a new all-time high of $21.38 per share for a gain of 340% in nine weeks.

Late this afternoon, Celtic saw huge accumulation on the U.S. OTC market with CLTFF gaining by 7.09% to a new all-time high of $3.02 per share.
