Don’t Compare Other Companies to First Mining Gold (TSX: FF)
No, we are not jumping the gun on silver, but there are fewer silver companies than gold companies. It isn’t a secret that silver is extremely undervalued relative to gold.
If you look at the gold/silver ratio today of 94.606 and how First Mining Gold (TSX: FF) is currently being valued at $0.195 per share for a market cap of only US$155.181 million with 12,634,650 oz of total gold resources for a valuation of US$12.82 per oz of gold resources… there is no silver company being valued at $0.1355 per oz of silver resources. It simply does not exist.
But just because there is no silver company as undervalued as First Mining Gold (TSX: FF) doesn’t mean that it isn’t possible for a high-grade silver play like Minaurum Gold (TSXV: MGG) to gain equally as much or even more than FF in the months ahead. J David Lowell narrowed 500 prospects in Mexico down to only Santa Marta. FF doesn’t have any brand-new prospects with the endorsement of the world’s greatest explorer of all-time they are only advancing large-scale gold projects with Springpole likely to become Canada’s next large-scale producing gold mine.
MGG’s Alamos Silver Project is fully permitted for production, and it is located directly adjacent to Mexico’s #3 largest copper mine, which means it is possible to get power and water in the area because infrastructure already exists.
FF’s Springpole won’t receive EA approval to become fully permitted until later this year. Therefore, it might take a few months for FF to get revalued to $100-$300 per oz. Be patient.
